Here I will share with you a few tips that you can try if you are suffering from stress or anxiety:
- Take time out to take some deep breaths, breathe into the bottom of your stomach
- Write down specifically what you are stressed/have anxiety over- be as specific as you can. Be sure to write it down, even if you destroy the paper shortly afterwards. By writing it down it has a strong psychological effect on our mental state.
- Think about how you’d like to feel instead
- Take yourself to after the situation, how does it feel after then?
